I believe this floral piece is native made. I can't find any matching makers marks for identification. It is still a pretty little piece. I believe it is Orange Spiny Oyster and Kingman turquoise, however without provenance, this is just a guess. I have tested all the pieces including the stones. It is not howlite, and definitely sterling silver.
I would be happy to polish this piece for you at of course, no charge. Please let me know at the time of purchase. I try not to polish vintage pieces as the patina adds to it's charm.
